Bangladesh is the fastest developing country of SAARC in Asia. Sylhet is the spiritual capital of this green and riverside country. Where numerous Ulama Mashayekh, Sufi dervish and the abode of wise men.
At the end of that pure land Sylhet district, Chatalpar belongs to Ward No. 2 of Sadipur Union No. 2 of the newly formed Osmani Nagar Upazila, Chatalpar is located in the picturesque environment of Shyamal Palli, 15 km south west of the upazila headquarters, just four km west of Begumpur on the Dhaka-Sylhet highway, under the shade of thousands of trees Chatalpar Jamea Islamia Dakhil Madrasah.
Among the 14 unions of the former Balaganj upazila, Sadipur Union No. 2 is the largest union. As there is no Dakhil (Aliya) Madrasah within this huge union, the boys/girls of the area are being deprived of proper religious education.
